  2. heat oil while heating lightly coat both sides of steak with flour
  3. when oil is hot strart browning steak both sides remove once browned and pat to take some of the oil out.
  4. in a seperate pot mix brown gravy and water whisk together and put on medium high.
  5. add onion and meat to gravy and let cook for about 30 to 40 minutes. after the first 10 minutes you can turn to medium to finish cooking.
  6. rice or potatos is really good with this or just veggies is good too.
  7. enjoy!
