  9. Get 2 handfuls Bonito flakes (fine)
  10. Get 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce (Japanese style Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce)
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp Ketchup
  13. Get 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions to make Easy Sobameshi - Yakisoba Noodles and Rice:
  1. Chop up the onion, carrot and bell peppers finely. Cut the pork into thin strips. Chop up the noodles also to separate them.
  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and stir-fry the pork.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and sake, and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. When the vegetables are cooked, add the chopped up noodles and stir-fry.
  5. Add the sauces (tonkatsu and Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce) and ketchup and keep stir-frying.
  6. Lower the heat, and crumble in the rice and mix together.
  7. When everything is mixed together evenly, add the bonito flakes and mix everything together.
  8. Transfer to serving plates, top with more bonito flakes and some chopped green onions, and serve.
