For Pudina Chutney,Take a grinderjar add raw Mango Pieces,mint leaves, Garlic Cloves, green chilli,salt.grind Well.

FOR GALKA,Take a Pan add Desi ghee, asafoetida, black Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, whole Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Jaggery,1 glass of water.boil the mixture until Jaggery melts and mixture becomes thick.
Add Kalunji Masala, black pepper powder,Salt, Fennel Powder, Cardamom Powder,Red Chilli Powder.mix well and boil.
Boil the mixture,add Mango Pieces and cook until Mango Pieces Cooked completely and mixture becomes thick.now your very Tasty Delicious Galka is Ready.you can store it for long time.

FOR KACCHE AAM KI MEETHI CHUTNEY, Take Raw Grated mango.add Salt in the Grated Mango and rest for 10 minutes.then Squeez the water from the Grated Mango.
