Fry until light golden colour and put it aside
Add tomato and green chillies chopped in the same oil you used for the potatoes
Stir continuesly until tomatoes are soft
Add haldi powder
Add red chilli powder
Add red chilli flakes
Zeera powder
Coriandar powder
Salt
Mix it all until combined
Mix it until becomes a smooth paste
Also add fried onions
Mix it
Then add bhindi nicely mix
Add lemon juice
Also add fried potatoes mix
Cover it medium to low flame atleast 20 minutes
Remove the lid then put flame on high stirring continuesly for 5 minutes
Tawa bhindi is ready to eat
