  1. Get 2 lbs London Broil
  2. Take Marinade Ingredients
  3. Get 1 Cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  4. Make ready 1/2 Cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  5. Prepare 1/2 Cup Yamasa Teriyaki Sauce
  6. Get 1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  7. Get 2 Tbsp Honey
  8. Take 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  9. Get 1 Tsp Ground White Pepper
  10. Get 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  11. Prepare 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  12. Get 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  13. Make ready 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  14. Make ready 1/2 Tsp Red Cayenne Pepper
Instructions to make Beef Jerky:
  1. Adjust above marinade ingredients by adding or subtracting 1/4 measurement per 1/2 lbs of meat.
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients in a lidded container or sealable bag.
  3. Slice London Broil to desired thickness. Add meat to marinade container or bag.
  4. Cover marinade container or seal bag and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Smoke at 180 degrees to complete the jerky.
