  2. Baisan me sare masaly dal kr pehly mix kren. Tak masaly Baisan me achi trah mix hojayen. Phir pani dal k gardha paste bna lein. Skewers pr ready beef boti lga lein or Baisan lga k Shalo fry kr lein. Kadu kush raddish or chatni k sath serve kren.
