Marinate beef boti with g.g paste,raw papya,tikka masala,yogurt,lemon juice & brown onion for 2,3hour.. Now in a pan add oil(1/4cup) mix n cook on flame until tender.. then give coal smoke & set a side..
Now in a same pan add onion rings,capsicum &carrot slice toast on high flame for 5 mins..
Take a pot add oil(2,3tbsp) add onion chopped when soft add raisins,carrot,salt & chicken cube.. mix n add water 1 & half cup when bubble start add rice.. cook till water dries..Now put on dum for 10 mins..
Assembling:In a serving dish put rice first then veggies & on top beef boti.. garnish with white part of spring onion.. serve with raita..
