  1. Get 1 whole chicken Cut into 4 pieces
  2. Prepare Few whole garam masala
  3. Make ready 2 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  4. Make ready 2 tsp ginger paste
  5. Take 1 tsp raw papaya paste
  6. Take 1.1/2 tbsp curd
  7. Take 1.1/2 tsp chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp cumin powder

  10. Prepare 1./12 tbsp cooking oil
  11. Take to taste Salt
  12. Take 2 pinch orange food colour
Steps to make Jhatpat chicken:
  1. Wash the chicken and marinate chicken with garlic and ginger paste,papita paste and little salt. Leave it for 30 mins.
  2. Now add rest of the masala and colour and half tbsp cooking oil to the marinated chicken
  3. Heat oil in a pan… Add whole garam masala.. and add the marinated chicken… Cover and cook for 15 mins.. keep stirring it in between. Remove cover and dry the masala.
  4. Take out on a plate and garnish with çoriañder leaves.
