  1. Make ready 4 kg Raw Papaya
  2. Prepare 2 cups sugar
  3. Get as needed few drops of Orange food colour
  4. Get as needed few drops of Yellow food colour
  5. Take as needed few drops of Green food colour
  6. Make ready as needed few drops of Red food colour
Steps to make Homemade Tutti Frutti:
  1. Take a papaya peel and washed.
  2. After washed cut in small 2 pieces.
  3. Take a wok add 4 glass of water then water boiled add papaya pcs boil in 5 minutes.
  4. After boiled then water drain.
  5. After drain take a wok add papaya pieces and sugar mix well and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes then dry for papaya pieces.
  7. Then take a four plates and divide papaya pieces in equally.
  8. Then take a one plate add yellow colour mixed and keep a side.
  9. Then take a second plate add orange colour mixed and keep a aside.
  10. Take a third plate add green colour mixed and keep a side.
  11. Take a fourth plate add red colour mixed and keep aside.
  12. Then second day take a net garnish tutti frutti spread and full day keep a dry for fan.
  13. Then next day tutti frutti garnish in a plate then dry in a fan
  14. After 2 or 3 days tutti frutti dry,then pour in airtight container and keep in fridge.
