  4. Take a pan add chopped raw papaya and water and boil for 5-10 minutes. Now drain of all water.
  5. Heat another pan and make sugar syrup. When dissolved sugar completely at that time add half cooked papaya boil for 20-30 minutes or till cook completely.
  6. At that stage, sugar syrup consistency should be one sting.
  7. When it's cool completely add vanilla extract and any food colour as per your choice.and keep aside for overnight. Next day spread tutti fruitti in a kitchen towel for 1 hour (kitchen towel absorb excess syrup)
  8. Now our tutti fruitti is ready to eat. It's super easy and very tasty. You can use as a mouth freshener, in cake, in mitha paan, in chocolate.
