  1. Get 500 gms boneless chicken breast keema(mix breast & thigh)

  6. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Take 1 tsp garam masala powder
  8. Take 1 tsp lemon juice

  10. Make ready 1 tbsp grated cheese
  11. Prepare 2 green chillies chopped
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
  13. Take 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
  14. Prepare to taste Salt
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp sattu powder
  16. Prepare Butter for brushing the kababs
  17. Take 1/4 cup refined oil for shallow frying the kababs
Instructions to make Chicken Seekh Kababs:
  1. Clean & completely dry off the chicken keemas, we need slight fat content that is in the thigh meat to give moist results.
  2. If your chicken pieces do not have any bits of fat, add 1tsp of butter.
  3. In a food processor add the chicken keema, garlic, ginger paste, chillies, spices, salt, mint,lemon juices & grind the mixture until combined & smooth.
  4. Turn the mixture out into a bowl & add the egg gradually.once the mixture is slightly sticky, stop adding egg.
  5. Add sattu powder, cheese & combine well.Cover the bowl & refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.
  6. Lightly oil your hands & scoop handful of the mixture & form sausages on wooden or metal skewers.
  7. Again refrigerate the kababs for an hour to set well.
  8. Heat a drizzle of oil in a nonstick grill pan & then arrange the kababs on it.
  9. Cook for about 5 mints or as needed,turning them as needed to golden brown the seikh kababs evenly.
  10. Serve the hot,delicious kababs with mayonnaise, tomato sauce.
