Prepare 4-5 Kashmiri Red Chillies (fresh/dried)
Prepare 4-5 Garlic Cloves
Make ready 2-3 tbsp Vinegar
Make ready 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
Get 1 Tsp Sugar
Steps to make Peri Peri Chicken:
Blend the peri sauce ingredients and set aside.
Mix all the above ingredients and keep chicken marinated for at least 1 1/2 hrs or overnight.
(While in marination, give coal smoke and keep it covered for about half an hr with coal)
Now first bake the chicken for 20mins,10mins each side.
Then grill it on a grilled pan, add a tsp of oil and start to grill the chicken. Flip sides to get that nice colour and texture, cover it for about 10 mins or until tender.
Keep brushing the chicken with leftover marinade.
Homemade Peri Peri Chicken is ready. Serve it with rice/fries or mashed potatoes. It simply tastes delicious.
