  1. Soak and wash the beans to remove the black eyes, keep aside. Wash and chop the onions. Add scotch bonnets, garlic, onions and red bell peppers to the beans and blend, or take it to the nearest grinding machine.
  2. After blending, add palm oil, seasonings, salt and stir.
  3. Rub the palm oil on the tins you're using, add the amount of the paste into the oiled tins.
  4. Pour little amount of water in a pot, put a lid inside the pot and place tins on top of the lid. As for me, I use steamer not pot.
  5. Cover and allow it to cook/steam. Check when it's soft and serve. Best serve hot.
