  2. Get 1 chopped Onion

Steps to make Not Panang curry:
  1. Brown/cook the chicken in the oil
  2. Sweat onion and pepper with the chicken
  3. Add the curry powder and stir in for a minute
  4. Add garlic puree and tomato puree and stir for 1 minute
  5. Add in the coconut milk, honey and hot sauce and stir.
  6. Stir occasionally and reduce until desired texture, I prefer a thicker curry
