  5. Get 2 medium zucchinis, sliced thinly
  6. Take 1/2 cup white wine ( i add this to thin my pasta sauce down a little)
  7. Take 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  8. Prepare 1 pinch crushed red pepper, to taste
Steps to make weeknight lasagna:
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. spray 8 x 8 dish with non stick cooking spray
  3. spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce in the bottom of your dish
  4. layer half of ravioli evenly across the bottom
  5. pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce over ravioli
  6. cover with sliced zucchini
  7. sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella
  8. layer with remaining ravioli, pasta sauce and mozzarella
  9. sprinkle with grated Parmesan and crushed red pepper
  10. bake for 30 minutes. them oven up to 375 and bake for 10 more minutes until it is brown and bubbly
