  1. In large pot, brown 1 pound ground beef with diced onion, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Drain grease from ground beef then add 3 Tablespoons taco season and 1 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1 can rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, black beans and kidney beans. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 cup chili powder. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
