  1. Soak split Chickpeas for overnight. In morning sieve all water and keep it for 15 mins. Now take a grinder add dal, ginger, garlic, green chillies. Grind it coursely.
  2. Take it in bowl. The mixture is dry so add curd, gram flour, chopped onions.
  3. Add salt, coriander. Mix it well
  4. Now put a 2-3 drops of oil on palm. Make tikkis out of it. Coat it in bread crumbs.
  5. Make all tikkis. Put it in freeze for 5 mins.
  6. Put a pan add oil for deep frying. Fry all tikkis on slow flame.
  7. Serve it with onions, Chillies, green chutney and Ketchup
