  1. First soaked the lentils overnight then in morning soaked the daal then in blender add lentils salt, cumin seeds and red button chillies, blend it fine. water if needed after add 2 to 4 tbsp.
  2. Then after making paste beat it from beater for 10 mins, if using whisk then hand whisk for Good 15 mins
  3. Then add baking soda and mix and after 5 mins heat the oil in wok then scoop out with teaspoon then fry and set aside for 5 mins then again fry it after cool down divide it in 4 parts. It can use for 4 times. Then deep freeze it.
  4. Now for dahi baray take 1 packet out of freezer after deep frost all fritter put it in water bath for 30 mins then squeeze all water.
  5. In separate bowl add yogurt sugar salt and milk whisk it till all sugar dissolve then add all squeeze fritters and garnish it with chatmasala (spices) and serve
