  10. Dip the bread into a bowl of bread crumbs and shake the excess. Put the bread in a parchment-lined baking pan and have at least half an inch spacing to allow the bread to puff.
  11. Cover the bread with a cloth and proof it again for 10-15 minutes.
  12. Put the bread in the preheated oven and bake it for 12-14 minutes.
  13. Serve hot.
